Have you ever tried a meditation, and just could NOT. SIT. STILL? Conscious Meditation™ is right for you. Guided meditation is just what it sounds like. It's a meditation that is guided by a teacher, in this case, me! Sheila Applegate's guided approach called Conscious Meditation™ uses creative visualization and full body techniques to keep you engaged and in-touch through the entire journey. You will be absolutely amazed at what a 20 minute meditation can do! Meditations are offered in group or individual settings.

While not the full program, Conscious Meditation™ uses techniques from the Consciously Awesome™ program. In these guided meditations, I will walk you through​ relaxing experiences and explore your life from within.
